What IS this? We can't quite figure it out. All of the 1980's couldn't figure it out. But it produced a hugely successful soundtrack (the 5th most popular album in 1981!?) Is it Gene Kelly having a bad acid trip? Is it a sales scheme for leg warmers? Nobody knows. Maybe our guest commentators can figure it out.
